Wordpress 2.2 Upgrade

I just upgraded the site to Wordpress 2.2. Hopefully things will all work. Preliminary testing seems to show every thing as fine.

WordPress database error: [Can't find file: 'wp_comments' (errno: 2)]
SELECT * FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_post_ID = '2322' AND comment_approved = '1' ORDER BY comment_date
