Tomato Provencale

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt/fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tblsp. Chopped parsely
  • 3 tblsp. Butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375’f
  2. In a bowl place bread crumbs, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and parsely
  3. Place mixture over top of tomato halves
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake in oven for 7-10 minutes, or until breading is golden brown.
