Tomato Provencale
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes cut in half
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Salt/fresh cracked pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tblsp. Chopped parsely
- 3 tblsp. Butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375’f
- In a bowl place bread crumbs, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and parsely
- Place mixture over top of tomato halves
- Place on a baking tray and bake in oven for 7-10 minutes, or until breading is golden brown.
