  • 2 Caribou Racks Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 30ml Butter
  • 60 Ml White Wine
  • 100gr. Fresh Chantrelles
  • 100ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Tarragon
  • Salt/Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 1 Shallot-Minced
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 100ml. Whipping Cream
