Breaded Turkey Cutlets
Ingredients:
- 4 turkey cutlets
- 2 tblsp. Italian parsley, chopped
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 1/2 bread crumbs
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 lemons, juiced
- extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Firstly marinate cutlets by seasoning with salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Prepare breading station, flour, eggs, bread crumbs
- Heat a skillet, add olive oil and heat, add the cutlets and brown each side until golden.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and serve with seasonal veggies
