Breaded Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • 4 turkey cutlets
  • 2 tblsp. Italian parsley, chopped
  • sea salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/2 bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Firstly marinate cutlets by seasoning with salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare breading station, flour, eggs, bread crumbs
  3. Heat a skillet, add olive oil and heat, add the cutlets and brown each side until golden.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and serve with seasonal veggies
