Bow tie pasta primavera salad
Ingredients:
- La Molisana bow tie pasta
- Yellow pepper, julienned
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- Modena balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- Shitake mushrooms, sliced
- 4 artichokes, quartered
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- Salt/fresh cracked pepper
- 30ml grainy Dijon
