  • La Molisana bow tie pasta
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 75 grams sliced pancetta
  • 100 grams scallops
  • 300ml marinara sauce
  • Spanish onion, sliced fine
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt/fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh sage
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 100ml.dry white wine
  • 30ml. butter
