- La Molisana bow tie pasta
- 300ml whipping cream
- 75 grams sliced pancetta
- 100 grams scallops
- 300ml marinara sauce
- Spanish onion, sliced fine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt/fresh cracked pepper
- 1 bunch fresh sage
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- 100ml.dry white wine
- 30ml. butter
