Quick Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 500ml whipping cream, whipped
- 25 ml icing sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 250 ml vanilla cream
- 100 gr. Lindt milk chocolate
- 50 ml brandy
- 50 ml. Milk
- fresh mint for garnish
Directions:
- Add chocolate to a double boiler and melt
- In a bowl whisk whipping cream and icing sugar to a stiff peak
- Scrape the inside of the vanilla bean and add to the whipped cream
- Add brandy and milk to the chocolate and blend
- Fold vanilla cream into the whipped cream gently
- Fold chocolate gently into mixture
- Scoop into parfait glasses, chill and garnish with fresh mint leaf and strawberry
