Melange of Fresh Fruit Topped with a Honey Infused Chevre (Goats Cheese)

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml Chevre
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon , zest, juiced

Fresh fruit/ Chefs Pick

  • Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, seedless grapes, melon. These are all good choices; buy what is in season.

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or blender (or blend with spoon) add chevre, honey, lemon zest , juice, and vanilla.
  2. Place fruit in individual bowls and top with mixture
