Melange of Fresh Fruit Topped with a Honey Infused Chevre (Goats Cheese)
Ingredients:
- 240 ml Chevre
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 lemon , zest, juiced
Fresh fruit/ Chefs Pick
- Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, seedless grapes, melon. These are all good choices; buy what is in season.
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender (or blend with spoon) add chevre, honey, lemon zest , juice, and vanilla.
- Place fruit in individual bowls and top with mixture
