Exotic Kalakand With Fresh Fruit Medley

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Non fat milk powder
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Cardamom powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered almonds
  • Chefs seasonal pick of fresh fruit
  • seasoned cream

Directions:

  1. In a non- stick pan, melt butter and add the ricotta cheese
  2. Cook for approx. 10 minutes
  3. Add the sugar and cook for an additional 10 minutes
  4. Add the milk powder, cardamom powder and powdered almonds and cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Pour this mixture in a greased plate and garnish with fresh fruit and seasoned cream
