Exotic Kalakand With Fresh Fruit Medley
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs. Non fat milk powder
- 1 1/2 lbs. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Cardamom powder
- 3/4 cup powdered almonds
- Chefs seasonal pick of fresh fruit
- seasoned cream
Directions:
- In a non- stick pan, melt butter and add the ricotta cheese
- Cook for approx. 10 minutes
- Add the sugar and cook for an additional 10 minutes
- Add the milk powder, cardamom powder and powdered almonds and cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Pour this mixture in a greased plate and garnish with fresh fruit and seasoned cream
