Broiled Grapefruit with Port Wine

Ingredients:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 4 tbsp. Port Wine

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Cut grapefruit into halves
  3. Trim the bottom of the grapefruit so that it sits level
  4. Section the grapefruit
  5. Place onto a baking sheet, sprinkle with port wine
  6. Place pan about 2 inches from the broiler and broil approx. 5 minutes
  7. Be careful not to burn
