Broiled Grapefruit with Port Wine
Ingredients:
- 2 grapefruits
- 4 tbsp. Port Wine
Directions:
- Preheat broiler
- Cut grapefruit into halves
- Trim the bottom of the grapefruit so that it sits level
- Section the grapefruit
- Place onto a baking sheet, sprinkle with port wine
- Place pan about 2 inches from the broiler and broil approx. 5 minutes
- Be careful not to burn
