Canadian Maple Mousse
Ingredients:
- 100 ml pure Canadian maple syrup
- 1 vanilla bean
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 25 ml icing sugar
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- 250 ml vanilla cream
- Chocolate baskets
Directions:
- Whip whipping cream to a stiff peak with the icing sugar
- Fold in maple syrup to the vanilla cream
- Fold the whipped cream into the mixture
- Pipe into the chocolate baskets and garnish with fruit and mint leaf.
