Canadian Maple Mousse And Wild Berry Bound In Delicate Chocolate Baskets

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 25 ml icing sugar
  • Fresh mint, for garnish
  • 250 ml vanilla cream
  • Chocolate baskets
  • 1 cup fresh berries

Directions:

  1. Whip whipping cream to a stiff peak with the icing sugar
  2. Fold in maple syrup to the vanilla cream
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture and the fresh berries
  4. Pipe into the chocolate baskets and garnish with fruit and mint leaf.
