Prawns Hara (Green Prawns)
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp. Jeera ( cumin)
- 3 tbsp. Green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Haldi ( tumeric powder)
- 16 large prawns (peeled, de-veined)
- 2 tbsp. Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 spinach chopped
- 3 tbsp. Fresh mint, chopped
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp. Garam masala
Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the onions, season, and sear for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, cumin, green chillies, and tumeric powder, cook for 1 minute
- Add the prawns, season, and cook for approx. 4-5 minutes
- Add the spinach, cilantro, and mint, season, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes
- Before serving add garam masala
