Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell, Au Natural with a Red wine Vinegar, Minced Shallots and Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters, half shell
- 50 ml red wine vinegar
- 3 shallots, minced
- red chilli flakes
- lemon wedges
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp. Flat leaf parsley, chopped
- crushed ice
Directions:
- Prepare the vinegar; in a small bowl place vinegar, salt, pepper, chillies, parsley, and shallots. Whisk. Put aside.
- Set 2 plates; place crushed ice on the plates.
- Place 6 half shelled oysters on the ice.
- Place the vinegar in small ramekins and in the centre of the plate.
- Serve with lemon wedge
